Centurion Boats was awarded the 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). This is the ninth such award for Centurion Boats. It says a lot about a company that continues to receive high marks in customer satisfaction, even when expectations are at an all-time high.
Centurion and its sister brand Supreme Boats are two of just eight companies in the water sports boat category to receive this prestigious award. The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. The 62 award recipients in 12 categories achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1 and December 31, 2022. Participating manufacturers must survey all new boat buyers during this period. The program surveyed over 175,000 customers.
