The next-generation Opti-V Hull is the foundation of every RS Series Centurion, engineered to deliver the industry's best combination of surf performance, handling, and ride quality.
Building on decades of innovation, the RS hull features a wider outside chine, elongated rear lifting triangles, and increased hook in the rear delta pad to create a more level running attitude, improved driver visibility and precise maneuvering. Combined with the RS Series' increased hull mass and Fast Mover Ballast System with RAMFILL Boosted, the Opti-V Hull displaces more water along its deep-V running surface to produce longer, more powerful surf waves with less ballast weight. The refined running surface also creates symmetrical wakeboard wakes while maintaining effortless surf wave transfers from side to side. With 20 degrees of deadrise, the Opti-V Hull slices confidently through rough water, delivering the smooth, predictable ride and championship-level performance that have made Centurion the evolution of a surf boat.
The Centurion RS Series' Fast Mover Ballast System with RAMFILL Boosted fills completely in minutes thanks to a combination of 13.5 and 30-gallon-per-minute SeaFlo pumps working in coordination with RAMFILL.
The RS Series welcomes 4800 to 5250 pounds of ballast depending on the model. This ballast is evenly distributed bow-to-stern. Because of this, the hull displaces water along its entire running surface with a deep-v, which creates a long pushy surf wave. This level weighting works in concert with the flat running attitude of the Opti-V Hull to give the driver full view of the horizon even from a seated position. The ballast placement in the RS Series also quiets engine noise. With a level running attitude the RS's PCM engine doesn't have to work as hard to push through the water so it's quiet. Ballast in the Centurion RS Series holds way more value than weight.
Sometimes function follows form. That’s the case of the RS's incredibly fuel efficient Opti-V Hull. Optimized with triangles built into the rear corners of the hull that stretch forward towards the bow, the Opti-V Hull creates lift and balance when underway reducing resistance and increasing fuel efficiency – more than 50% better than any other sports boat out there.
Fuel efficiency translates directly into more time on the water and less expense for you. The hull design eliminates drag and creates a level running attitude for less resistance, so the engine simply doesn’t work as hard to push a Centurion through the water, whether it’s weighted to ride or not. You can monitor this amazing fuel efficiency on the Stacked Dash System by Marivue. We love offering that advantage to you.
The 2027 Centurion RS Series comes equipped with RAMFILL Boosted. This subfloor ballast system delivers 2,800 to 3,200 pounds of displacement that fills or drains in a matter of seconds. If you don't mind waiting a few minutes, you can fill and drain while you're idling through a no wake zone or while the boat is sitting still.
With Boost engaged, RAMFILL fill times are slashed by up to 45 seconds. That means less waiting, more riding, and waves that show up quicker than you can grab your rope. It’s all managed with four stainless steel two-inch ball valves—no plastic, no hassle—and massive tanks that stretch from helm to transom on both sides. The weight stays low and evenly spread, giving you longer waves, a balanced running attitude, and zero bow rise.

Its rigid 9-foot fixed convertible bimini delivers full-time, full-coverage sun protection, no matter the time of day or angle of light. Powered by four synchronized Linak linear actuators—each rated at 2,200 pounds of force—the tower raises and lowers with button-press ease while keeping the bimini perfectly level. And with 20 optional colors, it’s easy to match your tower to the custom look of your RS Series boat. The result? All-day shade, sharp style, and effortless function.
