Bostyn Hall, a semi-pro wake surfer from Lake Nacimiento, California, has been riding waves since before she could walk. She began her journey on a surfboard alongside her mom and was surfing independently by the age of three—letting go of the rope and fully embracing the thrill of wake surfing.

In 2025, after just two years of competition, Bostyn made her mark on the sport by winning the Amateur World Wake Surfing Championship title, proving that her talent matches her fearless spirit. Known for her infectious energy, Bostyn lights up the boat and brings joy to every session. She’s always eager to try new tricks—especially the ones her older sister encourages her to send.

Before competitions, Bostyn gets in the zone by listening to music and warming up with her sister to get her “sillies” out, a routine that keeps her relaxed, confident, and ready to ride.
