(June 19, 2026) Johnson City, TN- Day one of the Centurion Boats Volunteer Wake Surf Classic, presented by CBK Watersports, delivered an exciting start to the competition. After a stormy morning in Johnson City, the skies cleared just in time for wake surfers from across the country to hit the water and battle for top scores. Pulled by a 2026 Centurion Ri230, competitors threw down their best tricks and put up impressive scores behind one of the best-selling boata in the Centurion lineup.
Team Centurion really gave it their all on day one in Johnson City. In the Pro Men Skim division, Team Centurion athlete, Luke Hutcherson took home the third top score of the day clinching a spot in the final round of competition. Way to go, Luke! In the Pro Women Surf division, Team Centurion athletes Kenzie Hickey, Brynlee Hall, and Bostyn Hall took home the top three scores of the day!
The Pro Men Surf division brought the heat as Team Centurion athletes Jake Breedlove, Tripp Allen and Tommy Darnell, took the top three scores of the day getting the crowd excited for day two of competition. Their teammate, Sammy Goncalves followed with the fourth highest score of the day!
