Miami, FL (February 15, 2023) — It’s clear Centurion Boats is committed to customer satisfaction, as they have been awarded the NMMA CSI Excellence in Customer Satisfaction Award for the fifth year in a row at this year’s Miami Boat Show. The consistency with which the company receives this award makes it clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for the company. In fact, it’s something buyers have come to expect from Centurion Boats.

Centurion Boast was awarded the 2022 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards for excellence in customer satisfaction by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). This is the eighth such award for Fineline Industries, D.B.A. Centurion and Supreme Boats. It says a lot about a company that receives high marks in customer satisfaction these days, when people have come to expect delays due to shortages in both parts and labor across industries.

Centurion is just one of seven companies in its category to receive the prestigious award. The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. The 71 award recipients in 13 categories achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1 and December 31, 2022. Participating manufacturers must survey all new boat buyers during this period. The program surveyed over 175,000 customers.

Upon receipt of the award at the Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show® NMMA Industry breakfast, Amy Mauzy, VP Marketing & Brand Direction, Centurion & Supreme Boats, said: “as a Correct Craft company making life better is our why. We must have an amazing customer experience to even begin to live up to that objective.”
