Ogden Valley, Utah (September 7, 2019) –The Centurion Boats Wake Surf Championship, presented by GM Marine, concluded with a fantastic finish yesterday as finals rounds featured the best action of the weekend. Six Centurion Team riders and ambassadors hit the podium stage with Connor Burns winning the Men’s Pro Surf World Championship and Centurion family member Evan Hudson winning the Men’s Amateur Skim World Championship. Connor and Evan weren’t the only bright spots for Centurion athletes as Keenan Flegel finished second in Men’s Pro Surf, Ashley, Kidd finished second in Women’s Pro Surf, Sara Tallon finished second in Women’s Pro Skim, and the youngest Centurion team member, Zoey Montgomery, placed third with an impressive finish in the Outlaw Female Surf division. The Centurion Boats Salute to Service edition boats were the highlight of the weekend. Read more about our Salute to Service here. In addition tons of folks enjoyed demo rides on the world’s best wave courtesy of BoardCo and Fred’s Marine. The event concluded with a beautiful awards banquet at Snowbasin Resort, you can see pictures of this gala and the rest of the final competition day below.
