Miami, FL (February 17, 2022) — For the fourth year in a row, today Centurion Boats was recognized for its exceptional customer satisfaction. Centurion Boast was awarded the 2021 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards for excellence in customer satisfaction by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). This is the seventh such award for Fineline Industries, D.B.A. Centurion and Supreme Boats and is particularly meaningful given the recent global supply chain issues and labor shortages.
Centurion is just one of seven companies in its category to receive the prestigious award. The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better server their customers. The 57 award recipients in 13 categories achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1 and December 31, 2021. Participating manufacturers must survey all new boat buyers during this period. The program surveyed over 175,000 customers.
