Johnson City, TN – Riders gave it their all at the Volunteer Wake Surf Classic hosted by CBK Watersports. Towed by a 2025 Centurion Ri230, the Volunteer Wake Surf Classic crowned a new class of champions in Johnson City, TN. Centurion Boats, The WWA and CBK Watersports joined many competitors and their families to host the fan favorite event.

Team Centurion athlete, Kenzie Hickey took home first place in the Pro Female Surf division after an incredible weekend of riding. This is her debut season in the Pro Female division. Way to go, Kenzie! Kenzie was joined on the podium by Lisa Rybak who took second place and Reece Johnson who placed third. Congrats, ladies.

In the Pro Male Surf division, Sammy Goncalves, Team Centurion athlete, took the top spot on the podium after a competitive weekend of riding. He was joined on the podium by Tripp Allen in second place and his teammate, Keenan Flegel in third place.

Moving onto the Pro Female and Pro Male Skim divisions, Team Centurion athletes, Whitley Stewart and Luke Hutcherson joined their teammates Sammy and Kenzie by taking the top spot on the podiums in their divisions: Pro Female Skim and Pro Male Skim. Congratulations! Congratulations to Kaelyn Kellemn and Evie Shropshire who finished in second and third places for the weekend in the Pro Female Skim division. Also a huge shout out to Lee Hite and Reed Cole-Tucker who took the second and third place spots on the podium for Pro Male Skim.

This was a huge weekend for Team Centurion and we couldn’t be more proud of our athletes and all competitors who gave it their all at the Volunteer Wake Surf Classic.

This World Series of Wake Surfing event and boating way of life would not be possible without the service and sacrifice of our military and first responders.
